We all have extra “stuff” that we’d love to discard…but why give it away when you can make a few dollars??? If you are planning to sell your house, this is a perfect opportunity to de-clutter, which definitely helps a Lake of the Woods house for sale show better to prospective purchasers. Sweetbriar Park is the site of the LOW Spring Community Yard Sale to be held on April 12th, 2014, from 8am-2pm. So begin planning now to free yourself of those items you no longer need or want to make room for the treasures you are sure to find! Or…simply to de-clutter. If you aren’t interested in getting rid of anything, come out and shop! We will have our own table at the sale in addition to the Family Fun Fair that we are hosting the same day from 10-2 in the Coldwell Banker Elite Locust Grove parking lot. All proceeds are going to the Habitat for Humanity Women Build. Come out the the yard sale and find some treasures!

Having dinner at the Clubhouse Sunday night, and providing a ticket to your server that can be obtained from this Friday’s Lake Currents, or from volunteers stationed outside the dining room, will enable a 15% donation (off of your food bill excluding alcoholic beverages, taxes, or tips) be given to Cause 4 Paws.
