Lake of the Woods Residents! Are you ready for an Adult-only Wine & Beer Luau? Come out to the Clubhouse pool on Saturday, July 8th from 7pm – 8:30 pm for some kid-free fun. TRIAD and Orange County Sheriff’s Office Presents THRIVE BEYOND 55, a free, local community conference at the Lake of the Woods Church on Wednesday, April 19th from 9am to 3pm. TRIAD is an initiative of the Sherriff’s Office that focuses on the safety and security of the county’s older adults, providing programs to prevent victimization and tools to help us thrive. There will be speakers covering topics such as fraud, protecting your assets, and a keynote from the Office of the State Attorney General. TRIAD Coordinator, Deputy Ron Kesner will talk about TRIAD’s programs that benefit older adults. There will be coffee, a catered lunch, door prizes, and exhibitors that serve the senior community. Sunflower Festival occurs for two weekends starting at the end of August. Guests are invited and welcome to photograph the beautiful sunflowers or create a spectacular bouquet of more than 30 varieties of sunflowers. The festival also includes live music, food, hay wagon rides, and more!

Gobbler Hill Farm located at 17354 Carrico Mills Rd, Elkwood VA 22718 is hosting various Spring family-friendly events. Warm weather = fun activities! Start off April 1st, 2023 at 11am by bringing your kids and friendly dogs by for an Easter Egg hunt. There will be kids’ crafts and even an ADULT Easter Egg hunt! Fun for everyone!
