In Lake of the Woods in April, a total of 24 homes were sold. 21 were standard sale, of which five sold between $100-$175K, eleven between $175-250K, four between $250-350K, and one over $500K. There were a total of three foreclosures, two between $100-175K and one between $175-250K. Two lots also sold, and they both closed for under $35,000.
