2018 Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony in Lake of the Woods

Santa will be at the Lake of the Woods Community Center for local Lake of the Woods residents and their children to come out and meet him! Eat at Harry’s to Benefit the Wilderness Food Pantry!
Monday, November 19th the clubs are partnering up with Harry’s Alehouse to help raise money for The Wilderness Food Pantry. The Wilderness Food Pantry provides food for those in need, especially during the holiday season, which can be a more difficult time for some residents due to various reasons. The LOW Lions & Lionness Club will receive 10% of all sales at Harry’s Alehouse from 4pm to closing at 9pm that Monday. Visiting Harry’s during that time on Monday is a fun and delicious way to help support your local community residents that may not be as fortunate. The LOW Lioness Club are collecting toys and monetary donations for the Orange County Children’s Toy Box so that we may help make Christmas miracles happen for less fortunate families. It’s awesome that even the donated funds used to purchase toys for newborns up to 17 years are spent in Orange County at our local Walmart! The LOW Clubhouse, Coldwell Banker Elite, and our Licata Group office are drop off locations. Should you wish to donate a gift, suggested items are: family games, sporting equipment (soccer balls, basketballs, etc), art supplies, and any other age-appropriate toy. Monetary donations are needed by December 8th and toys by December 10th.
