In Lake of the Woods for November 2018 the statistics are as follows: A total of 14 homes were sold, all of them were standard sales.  Two homes sold for under $175K, nine homes sold between $175-250K, three sold between $250-350K, and none were sold over $350,000.  Additionally, one lot was sold that was under $15,000.
