The Soggy Doggie event is such a great way to close out the final days of summer and a wonderful ending to close down the pool season. The 3rd Thursdays are the new Fridays in Culpeper (at least during their Summer Concerts, brought to you by the Culpeper Renaissance, Inc.)!
